STING Red (mild)
A re-imagining of the well-known "Sriracha Style" that has exploded in popularity around the world in recent years. Unlike traditional Sriracha, we don't ferment our sauce. Instead we use garden fresh red jalapeños and fire roasted Italian bell peppers. We add a hint of red raspberry and organic blue agave nectar as well as fresh garlic to bring it all together. For those who enjoy a gentler Sting, this one's for you! Use liberally on french fries, eggs, sandwiches, soups, stews, fried chicken, fish, burgers, hot dogs or anywhere you’re looking to add a little heat. Mild.
STING Gold (medium)
Bringing an EXOTIC HEAT to you. A smooth blend of mango, turmeric, honey, coconut milk and spices paired with orange habanero heat. Honoring the rich traditions of Indian culture, This recipe is slow cooked and layered with flavor, fire and intensity. A feast for the senses with a thick velvety consistency, enjoy it accompanied with vegetables, homemade breads, rice, wraps, omelettes, chicken, shrimp, fries and so much more. Medium.

Our HOTTEST creation! With a nod to Jamaican style jerk sauces, this well balanced, flavorful sauce blends the ripest pineapples, jalapenos, coarse ground black pepper and a hint of fragrant basil with ghost peppers and a kiss of island curry. The result is a well-balanced savory sauce that boasts complexity and heat sure to please even the most discerning spice lover, and still at an enjoyable level that won't ruin your day.
